Today is National Sardines Day…which just sounds fishy to me. I will not be celebrating. Will you?
Instead I will be doing the usual Monday running around. I’m thankful that, after our unexpected wintry weather, we’re experiencing a day of warmer temperatures and melting snow. It feels like Spring and I hope to take advantage it and snap a few more pictures to finish off November’s Capture Your 365 prompts. Here’s the next installment – click on the photos to see the quotes. Happy Sardines Day!

Memories: “Summer will end soon enough and childhood as well.” – George R.R. Martin
A Hand to Hold: “A wondrous subtle thing is love, for here were we two, who had never seen each other until that day, between whom no word or even look of affection had ever passed, and yet now…our hands instinctively sought for each other.” – Arthur Conan Doyle
Interesting Displays: “Never rob a bank directly across from a diner that has the best donuts in three counties.” -movie, 2 Guns
Home Cookin’: “There is no spectacle on earth more appealing than that of a beautiful woman in the act of cooking dinner for someone she loves.” – Tom Wolfe
Final Stages: “One of the great lessons the fall of the leaf teaches, is this: do your work well and then be ready to depart when God shall call.” – Tryon Edwards

Nice shots. The one with the baby’s hand just melts the heart 🙂
I guess I should have said that one was Hubb’s picture – I’ll let him know you liked it! 🙂 Hard to believe that was almost 9 years ago! Time flies…
