I found it completely by accident. I drove to the post office Saturday afternoon, and while I didn’t make it there in time, I discovered a beautiful field of sunflowers. The sign said “private property” so, even though, it was crawling Sunday afternoon when I went back, I stayed on the public sidewalk.
I chose my favourite 6!

Happy Wednesday!
You must have the right soil for sunflowers. My hubs planted several that didn’t thrive this summer in sandy soil and intense heat, despite frequent waterings. 😦
Perhaps. My Dad’s didn’t do so well and it’s a fresh flowerbed, well fertilized, etc. and well-watered. They remind me of Tuscany where there are fields upon fields of sunny faces! 🙂
