I love roses. All week, I have been watching with anticipation as 3 beautiful pink roses begin to unfurl in my flower bed. I have snapped photos in the rain, of the dark pink buds beginning to unfold. I have snapped photos with their creamy centres and pink-tinged petals. Last night, I snapped photos as the sun was setting, of a mature rose in bloom. Each layer reminds me of ruffles, like the full skirt of a ball gown on a princess. Corny, I know. But sometimes we need a little corny in our lives.

J’aime votre photo tres beaucoup- il ressemble à feu, qui est certainement chaud! Vous êtes très talentueux et ont de nombreuses photos étonnantes sur votre site web.
merci
Ooooooo! These would look gorgeous in b&w. Did you try converting them? Back to the current ones, the color is so warm in their pinky way! Hubs gave me a rose plant for mother’s day and maybe one day I’ll get flowers like this.
Love these, just beautiful 🙂
Thank you!
The sun highlighting the peach tones really does exude warmth.
I’m so glad I took the photo – they are all gone now! 😦
