Coincidence: (often stated as a mere coincidence) is a collection of two or more events or conditions, closely related by time, space, form, or other associations which appear unlikely to bear a relationship as either cause to effect or effects of a shared cause, within the observer’s or observers’ understanding of what cause can produce what effects.

Little Guy and I are currently reading “Captain Underpants and the Big, Bad Battle of the Bionic Booger Boy – Part 1: The Night of the Nasty Nostril Nuggets” by Dav Pilkey. Coincidentally, I’m sick…so I strongly relate to phrases like “creamy, gelatinous puddles” and “dripping with warm, greenish, custard-like…massive globs of crispy, shimmering snot”.

Don’t you just love word pictures?

I’m going back to bed. But first a song, compliments of Hubby who planted it in my head.

When you’re dancing with your honey,
And your nose is kind of runny,
And your friends all think it’s funny
But it’s not!

p.s. The Captain Underpants series is perfect for kids who love bathroom jokes, fart jokes, underwear jokes…and generally the gross and goofy. Tee hee!
